Taylor Smith is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the Ontario College of Health and Technology in 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Lake Superior State University, where she also earned an Associate Degree as a Health and Fitness Specialist.

Taylor began her massage therapy career in Southern Ontario, working with a wide range of clients—from professional athletes in football, hockey, martial arts, and motocross to individuals navigating chronic illness, cancer treatment, and pediatric care. Her diverse background allows her to tailor treatments to each client’s unique needs and goals.

With a strong foundation in athletics and a passion for healthy living, Taylor emphasizes active rehabilitation as a key component of recovery. She incorporates movement and functional therapy into her treatments to help clients of all ages achieve long-term wellness and return to the activities they love.

Originally from Sault Ste. Marie, Taylor is excited to be back in her hometown. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family, staying active, and relaxing with her cat, Thunder, and her puppy, Jettson.
